Oh yes this tree does indeed exist. It's over 250 years old and located in Ireland at the Bellinter House.

Yes, I have a slight obsession with all things nautical ;) my necklace is Roberto coin, and was a sweet gift from my parents! as for the bracelets, the trick is stacking them on! they are a mix of tiffany's( the dangly was the nautical tiffany charm bracelet, check it out!, and a silpada piece).
