Anyhow, I was super excited to visit my childhood hometown, simply because when I grew up there, the famous BEAN sculpture did not exist!
If you are like me, staring at oodles and oodles of other peoples vacation photos can get old fast, so I am going to do my best to only share "the best" and keep it short sweet and to the point! :)
All I got out of this post was how much I love your shoulder bag! LOL
ReplyDeleteAwesome pictures!
ReplyDeleteFred and I are talking about going to Chicago for our babymoon! :) Any recs?
ReplyDeleteLove these pictures! That sculpture wasn't there when I visited Chicago either!
ReplyDeleteI got engaged next to that fence-type thing in the 1st picture! At first I was having the hardest time living here. Now my out look has done a complete 180. I feel so privileged to live in such a cool (but expensive)city! Glad you had fun!
ReplyDeleteOh my favorite city! Just went there in June and fell in love :)
ReplyDeleteAnd we of course took pictures at the bean.
Glad you had a good time vacationing! I do wonder though...where was the inspiration for the giant bean sculpture! Did someone just go one day, "you know, I l think a giant mirrored bean would just look great out in Chicago" :D It's a mystery!
