Fall's hottest TV Shows

Last year I blogged about how much I was loving Sarah Michelle Gellar's show called Ringer, and then it suddenly got cancelled! 

The good news is that she is returning back to tv and her co star is Robin Williams. Shut the front door! I nearly fell off my chair. Seriously who better to have on a funny tv show than the funny man himself!

Next up, another former TV/movie star returning to television, Michael J. Fox starring in the Michael J Fox show!!! And the lady who plays his wife is the lady who played Hank's wife in Breaking Bad!

I am really excited that he's returning to TV, proving a point that he is going to BEAT his illness and not let it get the best of him! :) 

And of course, I am still watching Homeland (only shown on Showtime) season 3 looks great!

I got nothin'

I have to be real honest, and say that blogging has really taken a back seat. Not only for me, but many of the blogs that I followed 4 years ago don't blog at all anymore. Or they stopped cold turkey for whatever reason. Even blogs that were really hot a year or so ago, have really dwindled in comments. 

I feel like everything is all about instagram. Short & sweet & to the point. One picture, a little blurb and people that comment or like it below. Kinda defeats the purpose of blogging. Blogging has really taken on more of a diary type form which really most people don't have "Time" to read it. Or as the famous saying goes, "Ain't nobody got time for that!"

Fifty Shades Update

So here we are a few days later and WHAT DO I READ in the latest article about the characters casted? That the original people scouted for the film IE GOSLING and Bledel TURNED IT DOWN!!!! :( BOO

I was pretty much jumping for joy that hollywood so saw the same people I did for the roles (even though in the end, they didn't end up casting who I first sought out)

Fifty Shades Finally Casted Say It Ain't So!

I must admit, I was VERY disappointed when I first "Saw" the faces of the actors they casted for the Fifty Shades Of Grey book turned movie. 

In case you live under a rock, They picked these 2 for the lead stars

My first initial thought was who the frick is Dakota Johnson!? Okay, so she's the kid of Melanie Griffith but what has she "done" so to speak? 

Then I remembered she was in The Social Network. 

Bleck. Nothing stellar.

I personally don't think she looks young enough to pull off the "innocence"thing that is very much a part of the whole trilogy of Fifty Shades.

I'm sticking with my first pick, Alexis Bledel 

And Charlie Hunnam? 

At first glance, YUCK! 

Then I remembered he was in a movie with Katie Holmes called Abandon and he was in the movie with Nicole Kidman called Cold Mountain. 

I guess he isn't my favorite on the eyes. Sure his body is bangin, but the fact that I searched through google for a "good" picture of him should mean he's really not all that hot! LOL

Reading Craze

I've been completely engulfed in reading the author Abbi Glines.

I must admit, the cover of this book is what made me want to read the first book in the series.

This is the story of Sadie and Jax....

So far I've read all the books in the series and have loved the series. My favorite so far has been the last book with the two characters called Amanda and Preston. (Their story is in the book called Just For Now)

 Apparently Abbi Glines just continued the story of Eva and Cage (While it Lasts book) so I am eager to read that one

Here's the latest installment of the Sea Breeze series. Can't wait to read them both! :)

Music Obsessions

I have been listening to these songs NON STOP on my way to and from work. If I was able to work out at the gym, these would be my go to jams! (I haven't been able to work out still, due to my broken toe, let alone to even wear a real shoe.)

This has to be my all time favorite Katy Perry song ever!
