Killer Abs Exercise - Pike Roll Out on Fitness Ball

Need a new Ab work out? This has GOT TO BE IT! LOL I have to be honest and say tha tI have never seen this work out for abs before...sure I've seen sit ups ON THE BALL lol but none of this roll on the ball stuff! Lemme know what you think! Photobucket

  1. Wow, that looks interesting for sure! I really need to get one of those balls....so far I rely on my elliptical, a resistance band, weighted balls, hand weights, and an old fashion ab roller, lol!

  3. i used to take a core class with an MMA instructor that used to make us do these non stop. they are AMAZING! there was another obliques exercise with the ball and a rotating plank that also works well... they're really hard though, so expect to fall off a few times before you get the hang of it!

  4. My mom's works in the fitness world now, and one of her cloeset friends is a PE teacher. That teacher used to hold classes for her friends, and this was one of the things we would do! and by we I mean that me the then 17 year old dancer could not do it at all, it was so painful! But the older ladies keep trying and after months they were able to do it- wow, they look good now!

  5. I do this move in the privacy of my own home so I'm sure to not embarass myself in front of others at the gym if I mess up hahaha I do love it though! works great!
