Say what you mean to say

I want to ask you one question--- Do you remember why you even started to blog in the first place?
"Use it as an outlet, a place for you to gather your thoughts.
Use it as a place to connect with God through writing.
If others read it, great. Remember that others may or may not agree with your thoughts, feelings, words and that's okay too. We are only allowed to sit in judgement upon ourselves.
Never judge a blog by it's cover.
It's not about the numbers.
Don't blog because you need to gain a following or attract a certain kind of audience.
We should only be writing for an audience of One, anyway." *excerpt from here

I have opinions. You may or may not like them. Yes, It is true I do not always comment on all the sunshine and rainbows fluff posts. I'm sorry but that gets old. I leave honest raw comments and a lot of fluff bloggers think that's mean of me and I should keep my mouth shut. Then WHY did you blog about it in the first place if you weren't prepared to get feedback of all sorts? I promise you I don't ever leave comments or feedback to be mean. That's not who I am. I merely play devils advocate so to speak and want who ever I am writing to see the "other side" of things.  I'm not perfect.

And to those Anon. followers that never seem to comment on my blog, but had the audacity to say behind my back and not to my face that you had a problem with me, shame on you. You know who you are. End of story.

"Therefore, you have no excuse-every one of you who judges. For when you pass judgment on another person, you condemn yourself, since you, the judge, practice the very same things." Romans 2:1

Luke 6:37 "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

  6. Thanks Ladies! I just was raised to be honest. I'm not the type of "friend" that well if a dress makes you look fat I'm gonna lie to you and say you look great! LOL does that make sense? I figure if you don't want to know ppls opinions then DONT ASK, and even if you don't ask, it's blog world, that's what ppl do COMMENT and give input.

  10. I LOVE that you just say what you think! Girl, you're a rockstar and I want you to ALWAYS say what's on your mind on my blog! I'll do the same. :) Those anonymous peeps can suck it. I finally had to quit taking anonymous comments b/c I was getting so much spam like "Would you like to increase your ___ size? Click here!" I was like "AGH! NO!" haha!

  11. Love this!! I have had my comments deleted from the "other" blog. Sadly, I feel that she is all about bringing in the numbers and clicks and wants to accountability. It is also sad that anyone that says anything but fluff is accused of being negative. I have stopped reading there. Love that I found your blog. Keep being real!!!

  12. Thank you for putting this up here...I'm going through the same thing right now. I post things about MY life that includes things in it, and other people go behind my back, complain about it, and I get forced to take things down to keep the peace. Oh yeah, did I mention that it's family members who do this??? Ugh, such a hard thing!
