This N That

Holy moly! I have like 50 bah-zillion blog posts to catch up on and that's just from one day!   Zoinks! ( And what famous Cartoon Character says that)

Anywho....................

I Love this
Via
It is from CB2 !!! The yellow would totally match our yellow, gray, white bedroom theme! only trouble is I don't have any wall space to hang a shelf to put the book end up on! :(  Drat! Maybe I'll have more wall space if we ever move into a house someday. Do any of you buy things for the "future"? As in, you love something and want it, but it just won't work for you right now, but you plan on saving it for that one day when you can use it?

And I leave you with some Kinder Art. :)
This lesson was a lot of pre cut paper, and a lot of having them draw certain shapes on their own, which they totally need to do since it's now Jan! I am hoping I have drilled in their head the basics of drawing and cutting things on their own!

Oh! and in case you were wondering what that beefy boyfriend of mine lifts/benches when he goes to the gym, you can check it out on his blog click here. I find myself giggling that a few of the machines he lifts all the weights available to the heaviest degree!! LOL  Either way I am proud of his accomplishments with lifting...er staying healthy or whatever you want to call it. :)

  2. Isn't CB2 the best? My best friend lives next door to one in NYC and it would be wayyyy too dangerous for me! Love the KinderArt too :) Hope you're having a great week so far! xoxo {av}

  4. I have totally purchased things in the past for my "future house," but then ended up taking them back because my "future house" is so far down the road, and I needed money now more than decoration for later. Sad.

  5. Is Scooby Doo the lucky one who said "Zoinks"?

    LOVE CB2 too, I haven't ordered from it yet but, I drool over the magazine!

  7. Adorable! I wanted to be an art teacher, but decided against it since we were told how hard it was to find a job in that field. Upon moving to NC, I've found that we go through art teachers like underwear! My students tell me all the time I should get my masters in art since I'm "better at drawing" than the art teacher. Maybe someday! Until then I'll just live vicariously though toy :D

  11. I have DEFINITELY bought things for the future... that I don't need now, but know that I can't live without. Case in point, Bryan and I came across this adorably old-fashioned glazed ceramic cookie dish and milk bottle while in Connecticut... for our kids to give Santa, of course... you know, those kids we DON'T HAVE! Hehe...
