ReplyDeleteSo cute! I want your hair! :)
ReplyDeleteThis was a fun blog!! I love to hear the differences in the way people talk. Teaching at a school that is right near an Army base, I hear tons of dialects, plus my mom is a Bostonian, and I have friends from Long Island NY, so I've heard words being pronounced a ton of different ways!
ReplyDeleteI think the tennis shoe thing comes from when you lived in TN. I'd never heard them called that until I moved to the South. In the North we all call them sneakers.
And I call it a clicker too :)
You are the furthest thing from a dork in this! Aspen is adorable and you look amazing! Thanks for the shout out too. ;)
ReplyDeleteI can sort of hear a little bit of Chicago in your voice but your pronunciations are a but southern too.
Yaay! Now I can put a voice to your writing. So glad you did a vlog!

ReplyDeleteSo cute! I love this! You totally have a Chicago/northern/Yankee accent!!
ReplyDeleteOMG, so fun! So you voice was nothing like I expected it to be... you have a HUGE accent. Midwestern, for sure! You sound like all of my friends from Chicago. I totally expected you to sound like a CA/AZ girl with no accent, but you definitely have one and it works perfectly on you - so cute!
ReplyDeleteOh this was so fun! Now I wanna do it!

ReplyDeleteYou have a TINY accent not really but I pretty much say the same things the say way you do. I say remote though not clicker and never say pop.
ReplyDeleteTHIS IS SO FREAKING FUN!!! I may have to do this. :) And btw, yours and my answers/pronunciations would be almost identical!!
ReplyDeleteYou're super cute girl!!
You're so adorable, and just how I pictured you!
ReplyDeleteWe basically say things the same way, so I guess I'm normal too, or we're just both weird? ;)
