Burrr it's cold in here there must be some Artists in the atmosphere!

A little Winter Cheer if you will.






2nd Grade Winter Carolers. 
Yarn. Construction Paper. Snow flake paper punch. Sharpies. Crayons.
This was a new lesson, I found it either via an art teacher blog or an art website. I browse both so much I have a hard time keeping track anymore where I find things! 






1st grade.

2nd year to teach this lesson. Nighttime Cities.
Newspaper. black & white paint. Yellow construction paper. Simple and sweet.

    LOVE the newspaper cities. I have a few lessons with newspaper but I haven't tried them yet. Was it super messy with the newspaper coming ink coming off on their little hands?
