Shark No Loss of Suction Navigator Lift Away Upright Vac
It's half the price of a Dyson, which I will be honest and say, I do own one. This one to be exact.
yes, it did cost me around 500-600 dollars. I bought mine Five years ago. And I do feel, that mine has kinda kicked the bucket. It makes an annoying sound, hair Constantly gets wrapped around the front belt thing, which after watching the shark vacuum, it guarantees not to do that! hmmmmmmmm Plus if I buy the shark from bed bath and beyond with the 20% coupon off, I can save like thirty bucks. Dilemma?
Well....technically my vacuum still 'works' BUT I am truly convinced it doesn't pick up half the things it should anymore. Plus Mister Wonderful will be super mad at me if I put something else on the CC...since we are trying so hard to pay them off from X mas expenses and dog vet bills....
I have loved my Dyson. But I think about a year ago, I sucked up something I shouldn't of, and it really hasn't picked up or clean the carpet like it should since.
Are they worth 500 dollars? Eh....I mean it has lasted me 5 years. That's like a lifetime in vacuum years no?
On another note..........
I am super excited for this to start Jan 3rd I Believe on ABC!!!!!
Brad Womack -- a changed man -- returns in a "Bachelor" first to find love again when ABC's hit romance reality series, The Bachelor, returns on January 3, 2011.
Womack, 38, did the unthinkable by most fans' standards and did not choose either Jenni Croft or DeAnna Pappas on his finale back in November 2007. The day after it taped was the loneliest day of his life. Disappointed in himself for wasting this great opportunity, Brad kept to himself for two to three months afterwards. Unaware at the time that he really wasn't ready to commit to a relationship and not knowing the reasons why, his fears and worries were validated when a media firestorm and viewers from across the country let him know what they were thinking. With that, he started therapy to learn what problems were confronting him. He desperately wanted to fix whatever it was that wasn't allowing him to let people into his life.
For the last three years Brad has undergone intensive therapy, which took him on a painful journey of self-discovery that led to personal revelations about his commitment issues. Delving deep into his family history and his unresolved feelings about his absent father, Brad was able to gain an understanding of why he would push people away as soon as they developed feelings for him. In the meantime, he put his head down and worked – buying and selling three companies and building one from the ground up. And although he has dated during this time, he hasn't had a serious relationship. Adding to his sense of urgency are his two brothers: Chad, his twin, is not only married now but has a daughter; and Wes, his younger brother, who also is married, now has a little boy and girl. Brad is the last one without a wife or family.
Brad is convinced he is a better person in many ways than he was in 2007. Get ready to see a changed, revitalized man who is still optimistic and confident about finding love on "The Bachelor." He is more ready than ever to find a wife and start a family.
I am a Bachelor show addict LOL it's my guilty reality tv show pleasure. How many of you ladies will be right there with me watching?
oh I'll be watching FOR SURE
ReplyDeleteGood morning! :) I don't have the Shark vaccume but I did purchase the steam mop before and it didn't work at all, so I returned it. Have you looked at the Bissell Pet Hair Erasers yet? I'm not sure if it's set to the same standards or quality I just know they always talk about them for pet hair specifically, and it might be a little cheaper? :) Hope you're having a great day!
ReplyDeleteMy parents have a Shark (not sure which model, if there are different ones) but the battery runs dead after using it for like 10 minutes. It's practically a race to get the kitchen floor swept before it dies haha!
ReplyDeleteA girl I know from Columbus is on it this season! Her name is Alli..look for her!
ReplyDeletehhmmm I don't know what to tell you about the vacuum...I have had mine for 3 years and it's a Hoover or Eureka I think?? It was on sale at Target lol. good luck with the decision! =)
ReplyDeleteAs for reality TV - I generally don't watch...well Except Wipe Out but I don't know if that counts lol
i will most certainly be tuned in for the bachelor fun again too!!! such a guilty pleasure, but fun to get me and the girls together for wine night ;)
ReplyDeleteI think maybe first you should see if someone could fix your Dyson. I just got a Dyson a few months ago for a wedding present and I LOVE it! I have dogs that shed terribly though, so I notice that it picks up all their hair!
ReplyDeleteAs far as the Bachelor goes, I am undecided. I always watch it and it's one of my guilty pleasure, but I do not like Brad. Oh, I was SO mad when he didn't pick either girl. I'm sure I'll end up watching it though. My mom said she saw a preview and a girl gets out of the limo and slaps him. Now I can't wait to see that part! : )
I'm obsessed with my Dyson Animal and The Bachelor! So glad Brad's coming back and can't wait for Monday nights again!!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for it to start!!
ReplyDeleteLove the new header of you and Aspen!
We got a Dyson for our wedding and I love it! I say try the Shark though. It's a cheaper alternative and if you end up hating it, you can get another Dyson later. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited for the new Bachelor season! :)
ReplyDeleteI know this is a little late, but since I've been sick, I'm catching up on all of the posts I missed.
ReplyDeleteI cannot WAIT to watch this season of the Bachelor!
Happy New Year!
